Today’s post is partly a word of wisdom and partly a warning to us all. When I grasped the revelation found in the book of Mark chapter 6, it changed my life and the way I discerned the presence of Jesus.
Did you know it’s possible to wait on God for a breakthrough but get so distracted by the storms of life that He could actually pass you by? Don’t believe me then just read Mark 6:48. Jesus was walking in the direction of the disciples during their storm, but until they were able to recognise Him in the midst of it, He was not willing to stop for them. This is because there are some situations in life that you will continually go through until you catch the revelation that Jesus is waiting for you to invite Him in.
So speak up, reach out and do not allow your encounter with Jesus to pass you by!
